Evangelist Frankin Graham begins an ambitious preaching schedule this year with a three-day festival in Panama. For the first time Graham is holding his festival in the Central American country. Now that the Carnival has ended the vendors are bringing their woes to the press. With the President and Vice-President out of the country during carnival the promises of moving the party to Transistmica was broken.
